Viking Heights HOA Monthly DuES

Viking Heights HOA monthly dues are currently $190 per month.

The due date is the first of each month. To ensure timely processing, kindly submit your payment on or before the 15th. Should we receive payments after this date, a 12% late service fee will be applied, resulting in a total of $212.80. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated.

The HOA dues cover a lot here at Viking Heights. 

Main items include common area insurance, landscaping crew costs, maintenance of common areas, water, sewer, and more. Inflation (Same service, but yearly price hikes by both city and private companies) has been one of the main factors driving increased HOA Dues. We keep them as low as we can while still maintaining sufficient service. Occasionally there are special neighborhood projects, but since Viking Heights Town Homes are free-standing, no shared walls, these are less common.

We change extra fees on PayPal because of their fees. If paying by PayPal monthly HOA fee is $196.18.
