The Viking Heights complex was built on 2005 with 26 houses and we are still going strong! Viking Heights is close to everything one needs. Grocery stores, restaurants, shops, coffee, public transportation, light rail, Lake Ballinger, and more. Neighborhood feels private, but at the same time is close to everything.
Settlement and Incorporation: Edmonds was founded in the late 19th century. It started as a logging camp in the 1860s and later developed as a mill town. In 1890, it was officially incorporated as a city. The city's early growth was closely tied to the timber industry, with logs transported by rail and water to and from Edmonds.
